This quaint bed and breakfast was a hidden gem nestled by a peaceful river. The friendly host greeted us with a glass of wine and snacks in a beautiful garden overlooking a lake. The bedroom was spacious and tastefully decorated, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying, giving us the perfect start to our day. The location was ideal, offering easy access to scenic walks and the nearby town of Gaillac.
Although the overall experience was great, there were a couple of minor issues. The shower and washing facilities being in the bedroom was a bit inconvenient, especially when using the separate toilet.

The bathroom could have been cleaner, with some dusty corners and a grubby door.

What a perfect way to start the New Year! We were welcomed warmly by the friendly host and were immediately offered a glass of wine and some snacks. the spacious and beautifully decorated bedroom overlooked the serene river which provided a perfect backdrop to the peaceful environment. the comfortable bed allowed us to have a great night's sleep. Breakfast comprised an excellent range of pastries, fresh fruit, yoghurt, and bread that we needed to fuel our day. We enjoyed the lovely walks in the pretty location by the river.
The shower arrangement in the bedroom lacked privacy, especially if one has to wash their hands after using the toilet as they need to walk back into the bedroom. the bathroom floor became slippery when wet, which was quite dangerous.
